- Employment, 2 years consecutive history, with HR contact info
- 1 month of paystubs (example: all paystubs received in January & from all jobs
- W2 for most recent 2 years
- Tax Returns for Most recent 2 years – If you filed an extension, please provide proof of extension

- Student loans: proof of payment plan or deferral agreement
- Credit card balances/collection account: letter with zero balance or correct account balance
